Why you should play rugby?

Reason #1 You will be in good physical shape. Rugby practices are twice a week, get your body fit and healthy ready for summer with some rugby fitness.

Reason #2 Anyone can play. It does not matter if you’re old or young, fat or skinny, muscle-bound or a stick figure. We have 3 open mens sides that then you on their teams.

Reason #3 No one on earth parties like a rugby team. After a match teams hold fines and celebrate the good and funny moments of their game.

Reason #4 Make friends. Friends that will always have your back. A rugby team is designed to support their team mates. Join our club and make friends that will always have your back.

Reason #5 Rugby is Fun, competitive and interactive. Do something else that just go to the gym.

We are a club sport, and practice just two days a week: Tuesday, and Thursday from 6 p.m. At Durban Shognweni Club. Games are on Saturdays. I invite you to come and watch a practice, come give it a go.
