Impressive Win for the Land Rover Durban Hillcrest Villagers 1st XV

Land Rover Durban-Hillcrest Villagers Rugby Club continued into their 2017 Rugby Season this weekend , with their 1st, 2nd XV's winning both their respective away fixtures, against Ballito Dolphins.

Villagers 1st XV once again achieved an overwhelming 72-0 win in their First Division encounter. The Lads from "The Crest" stunned their opposition with fast attacking & very expansive rugby. Head Coach, Mike de Kock was clearly very impressed with His sides' performance and discipline. Men of the Match went to Kyle Bester (Forwards) & Brandon Waugh (Backs).

Villagers 2nds achieved another, yet hard pressed, win of 12-0, with Men of the Match going to Chris Childsmith (Forwards) & Brandon Young (Backs)

The Turaco Energy - Hillcrest Villagers 3rd XV unfortunately lost to a robust Toti 3rd XV, @ Toti on Friday evening, and have a bye this week, which will allow them to regroup before their next fixture. Men of the Match going to Calvin McClung (Forwards) & Gareth Morgan (Backs)
